Privacy and cookie policy

Below we explain in plain language what data we collect, why, how long we keep it and what your rights are. In force since 19 October 2026.

1. Who the data controller is

The controller of your personal data is Karolina Biurkowska, trading as Print Corner Karolina Biurkowska, ul. Mikołaja Kopernika 30, 00-336 Warszawa, NIP (tax ID) 5361987711, REGON 540508281 (“Print Corner”, “we”).

For anything related to personal data, email biuro@printcorner.pl, call+48 690 445 536 or write to our business address. We have not appointed a data protection officer, as we are not required to.

2. What data we collect

  • Quote form: name, company name, email address, phone number, job description (product type, quantity, deadline) and the files you upload.
  • Email and phone contact: the data you give us in your message or during the call.
  • Fulfilling your order: invoice details (e.g. company name, tax ID, address) and delivery address and contact details.
  • Google Maps reviews: if you have reviewed us on Google Maps, we may show your review on this website: your first name and the first letter of your surname (as they appear on Google), your rating, the date and the text of the review, quoted unchanged (on the English version of the website also with our translation). This data comes from Print Corner’s public Google Maps listing, not directly from you. We do not copy profile photos.
  • Technical data: the website runs on the Cloudflare network. On every visit, Cloudflare’s servers automatically process your IP address, the date and time of the visit, your browser type and the address of the page you visited, among other things. Without this the website could not be displayed or protected against attacks.
  • Visitor statistics: aggregated data on which pages are viewed, where visitors come from (referring page), from which country, on what type of device and browser, and how quickly the page loads (Cloudflare Web Analytics). The tool uses no cookies, stores nothing on your device, does not store your IP address in the statistics and does not recognise you on later visits.

Print files may contain other people’s data (e.g. names and phone numbers on business cards). By sending them, you confirm that you are entitled to pass them to us for the purpose of the job. We use them only for printing.

3. Why we process data and on what legal basis

We do not send newsletters or advertising emails and do not use your data for marketing without separate consent. We do not make automated decisions about you and do not profile you.

4. How long we keep data

  • Enquiries that did not lead to an order: up to 12 months from the last contact, so we can return to the quote if you get back in touch.
  • Order-related data: for the duration of the job, then until the limitation period for claims expires.
  • Invoices and accounting records: for 5 years from the end of the year in which the tax payment deadline fell (required by Polish tax law).
  • Print files: for the duration of the job and any complaint. If you order regularly, we may keep files longer to speed up reprints. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
  • Technical data: in line with Cloudflare’s rules, usually no longer than a few days. The quote form’s operation log (without the data you enter) is kept for up to 7 days.
  • Google Maps reviews: for as long as we show them on the website. We remove a review from the website when its author asks us to or deletes it on Google Maps.
  • Visitor statistics: in aggregated form that does not allow you to be identified.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell data. We share it only when needed to fulfil the job or run the business:

  • IT service providers:
    • Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting, protection against attacks and handling of the quote form, as well as visitor statistics. Uploaded files pass through Cloudflare only while they are being sent and are not stored there;
    • Resend: sending messages from the form (including attached files) to our mailbox; messages are sent from servers in the European Union (Ireland);
    • webd.pl: email hosting, including the biuro@printcorner.pl mailbox;
  • courier companies and shipping intermediaries, when you order delivery;
  • trusted subcontractors, when part of the job (e.g. branded merchandise) is made outside our studio;
  • our accounting office and invoicing software provider;
  • public authorities, only where required by law.

These parties process data under agreements with us and only to the extent needed to provide their service.

6. Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Cloudflare, Inc. and Resend are based in the USA, so some data (e.g. technical data) may be processed outside the EEA. In that case the data is protected under a European Commission adequacy decision (e.g. the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission. On request, we will tell you about the safeguards in place.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access your data and receive a copy,
  • have your data rectified (corrected),
  • request erasure of your data,
  • request restriction of processing,
  • data portability (where we process data under a contract),
  • object to processing based on our legitimate interest, on grounds relating to your particular situation,
  • withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on it (this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal).

To exercise these rights, email biuro@printcorner.pl. We will reply without undue delay, and within one month at the latest.

If your review is on our website and you would rather it were not, email biuro@printcorner.pl. We will remove it without asking why.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl) if you believe we process your data unlawfully.

8. Do you have to provide data?

Providing data is voluntary, but without your name, email address and job description we cannot prepare a quote. Invoice details are required by law if you order with an invoice.

9. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files saved in your browser by the websites you visit. This website sets no cookies and uses no advertising or tracking tools. It does not use fonts or maps loaded from other companies’ servers.

The only information the website saves in your browser is a technical entry in session storage (sessionStorage, named pc-fonts). It remembers that the fonts have already loaded, so the next pages load faster. It contains no personal data and disappears when you close the tab.

We collect visitor statistics with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It works without cookies and without saving anything on your device, so we do not ask for consent or show a banner. The statistics script is loaded from a Cloudflare server (static.cloudflareinsights.com). It is the only third-party script on the website.

If there is suspicious traffic (e.g. an attack on the website), Cloudflare may show a short verification and save a technical security cookie (e.g. cf_clearance or __cf_bm). These are strictly necessary to protect the website, so they do not require consent.

The website contains links to external services (e.g. Google Maps with reviews of our business). Once you click them, those services’ privacy policies apply.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. If we start using cookies that are not strictly necessary in the future (e.g. advertising tools), we will ask for your consent and describe them in this section.

10. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when the law or the way we process data changes. The current version is always available on this page, and the date at the top shows when it came into force. In case of any discrepancy between the language versions, the Polish version prevails.
