Business cards: what to know

In a world where most contacts start online, a good business card still makes an impression, especially at trade fairs, meetings and conferences. We print business cards for companies and teams: from classic white cards to black cards with a foil logo that people remember.

You can choose from smooth and specialty papers in different weights, matt or gloss finishes and rounded corners. For premium cards we recommend heavier paper and foil. It is the detail that instantly sets your card apart from the others in your client’s wallet.

We also print cards for whole teams (one design, different details for each employee) and complete stationery sets: letterheads, envelopes and presentation folders in a consistent brand identity.

Preparing your files

  • PDF in CMYK with 3 mm bleed on every side.
  • Images at 300 dpi or more at 100% size.
  • Fonts embedded or converted to outlines.
  • Keep key content at least 5 mm from the trim; saddle-stitched page counts must be divisible by 4.

Which paper should I choose for premium business cards?

For premium cards we recommend heavier paper: textured specialty paper or smooth matt. Black paper combined with foil gives the most elegant result.

Yes. Prepare one design and a list of employee details, and we will print a set for each person.
