About the product

Backdrop walls: what to know

At trade fairs and conferences, the backdrop creates the first impression. A large, even graphic with no creases or gaps makes the stand look professional, and photos from the event look good on social media. We print backdrop walls in full colour on materials made for display.

We supply fabric backdrops and simple pop-up frames. The frame folds quickly and fits in a carry bag, so one backdrop can travel with you to the next events, and for a new campaign you only need a new graphic.

Most clients order the backdrop together with roll-ups, catalogues and stickers for the stand. That way every item is printed from the same files and the colours match across the whole stand. Give us the event date and we will plan production and delivery with time to spare.

Preparing your files

  • Artwork at 1:1 scale (e.g. 850 × 2000 mm) or 1:10, in CMYK.
  • The bottom of the graphic sits inside the cassette, so keep key content out of it.
  • Logo and headline at eye level, in the top half.
  • Large, legible type, as a roll-up is read from several metres away.

What is the difference between a backdrop wall and a roll-up?

A roll-up is a single banner that retracts into a cassette. A backdrop wall is wider and forms the background of a whole stand or stage. Exhibitors often combine the two.

Can I replace just the graphic on my backdrop?

Yes. For a new campaign we print a new graphic for your existing frame. Give us the model and dimensions and we will prepare a quote.

How should I prepare backdrop artwork?

Ideally at 1:1 or 1:10 scale, in CMYK, with extra on the sides of the frame. Place key content and the logo at eye level. We will give you the dimensions and a template for your model with the quote.

Do tego ceny są bardzo uczciwe jak za taką jakość. Najbardziej rozbroiło mnie to, że dostaliśmy jeszcze „kilka” dodatkowych zaproszeń gratis finalnie chyba z 20 xd, taki prezent od firmy "Na wszelki wypadek".

    Naprawdę świetne miejsce i super podejście do klienta. Widać, że zależy im, żeby człowiek wyszedł zadowolony.
